BEAUTIFUL & CLASSIC Falcon 90 in fantastic condition. Falcon yachts has been founded over 25 years ago, and was a sister company of Cantieri Navali Italiani. They have a reputation for building high end luxury yachts from 80 to 115 feet. This Falcon 90 was one of their best sellers.
The amount of space up on the flybridge of this Falcon 90 yacht is expansive. Starting aft you have two powerful “boy toys” stored up here. A Yamaha Wave Runner, and Zodiac tender rib; which has a 40 hp Suzuki outboard. (Both toys of course are brought up and down to the water via the boat’s fitted crane.)
The Falcon 90 has a beautifully shaped seating and dining area, with a large sun-pad area across to port. No fly would be complete without a wet-bar of course. The set up here consists of an ice-maker, fridge, lava grill and sink.
The flybridge helm, located on the port side has great visibility and seating for two. Access down to the main deck from the flybridge deck is possible through the sliding door. This is just next to the helm position on the starboard side as well as from the aft main staircase.
The main deck on the Falcon 90 is huge! As you would except from a 90 footer. Starting at the cockpit the amount of open deck space is sublime and instantly relaxing. There is seating along the aft of the cockpit and it has a perfectly placed centre dining table.
On the side decks there is solid teak flooring which runs all the way up to the bow. There are opening side doors both port and starboard, one from the galley and the other from the main-helm. On the bow there is a large sunbathing pad bigger enough for four people to lounge around and enjoy the sea breeze.
There are two heavy duty hydraulic winches and anchors, both of which have over 100 meters of fitted chain. The crew area is accessed from the bow, there are two cabins with twin beds in both. They both contain TV’s and have plenty of storage. The bedrooms also come with en-suite bathrooms fitted with toilets , sinks and showers.
On the main deck the large bathing platform can be accessed from both sides from two sets of solid and wide steps.

This boat is in pristine condition and the exterior condition is replicated inside. A full time crew look after this boat, and this is evident throughout. The condition of the vessel can rightly be discussed as ‘like new’.
The boat boasts a saloon seating area that has three sofas and two coffee tables. The TV has an electric up and down hide away feature; together with a Bose surround sound music system this really make this area a lovely space to relax. The formal dining table is located just pass the saloon area, which can easily seat eight people for dinner.
On the main deck is the boat’s galley, this has white cabinets and black granite work tops/flooring, it has a very clean and stylish feel to it. Two huge fridge freezers and top of the range appliances provide this Falcon 90 for sale with all that is needed for the long haul trip.
Finishing off on the main deck with the master helm. This is fully loaded with more than enough navigational toys for the captain to get his head around (All of which is itemised in the specification) Captain’s chat table and day head are also located here.

This Falcon 90 is able to sleep up to 8 people. There is a master cabin located in the midships which is full beam and has walk in wardrobe and fitted safe. One can’t forget the his and hers master en-suite bathroom also located in the master. The VIP suite is located forward and is also a great size cabin with plenty of head hight. A further two twin cabins both port and starboard also complete with en-suites.
