Dry stored during the Florida summers over the past four years. Many new systems were incorporated into the build of this 2010 Sunseeker 52 Predator creating a unique yacht with joy stick steering, gyro stabilization, satellite positioning, night vision cameras and many many options found only in much larger yachts.Luxurious cherry wood interior with a 3 cabin, 2 head layout plus crew aft. Twin Volvo IPS 900's w/joystick control.
Recent Upgrades Include:
• NEW Fuel polishing system and improved fuel filtration system
• DPS antenna, Sea-keeper control board - Replaced and upgraded, 2017
• Aft cockpit teak recaulked and refinished, 2017
• Fire extinguishers updated, repaired and recharged, 2017
• Dishwasher removed and additional freezer and refrigerator added
• Life Raft reconditioned and certified 2016
• Refinished all interior flooring 2016

Upgrades Customizations and Options
Sea Keeper Gyro - The gyro can be engaged with the touch of a button and dramatically reduce the roll of the vessel. Mounted in the engine room, the Gyro is a priceless option providing stability at anchor and in the harbor.
The Flir Camera System - Providing night vision for safety, security and peace of mind. The system is a huge assistance not only after dark but in a "man overboard" situation as well.
IPS System - Maneuvering with a Joy Stick controller. Forward, reverse, lateral and diagonal movement give even novice operators better control in all moving situations
DPS-Dynamic Positioning System - Allows the boat to be fixed in a specific location with the aid of the on board satellite positioning system. This is especially useful in docking situations and bridge openings. Engage and be held to a single position.
Aft docking station - An additional helm station with Joy Stick control is located in the cockpit.
Custom crew cabin - Installed at the factory, this additional space provides a berth, head and shower for crew along with a washer/dryer and a control panel for ASEA power converter.
ASEA power converter - Built to US spec, but delivery was taken in the MED. ASEA gives the ability to utilize both US and European power sources. The ASEA power converter has the ability to convert and manage incoming shore power allowing for global cruising while protecting on board electronics with its power management capabilities.
Forward looking sonar - Is a wonderful tool for cruising in shallow waters. It gives the helmsman underwater vision for spotting potential hazards.
Assorted options and upgrades - Custom Dove Gray color making her exterior look, not only beautiful but very unique. TV's upgraded to international standards, SAT system, teak interior sole and the high performance of twin Volvo IPS's for a great ride and ease of handling.
